The Custom Logging System has to be tailored to your project's individual needs. Because of this, the system will not be available as a simple drag & drop script, as most of our other products are. The Logging System is deeply connected within your server's most essential scripts. To display all needed information to non-technical members of your team, we provide a graphical dashboard based on the industrial standard for monitoring dashboards - Grafana.

Because of this diagram, a team member found a cheater who duped money. She was then able to ban the cheater. A few days later, the cheated money was deleted from the cheaters bank account to restore the graph to the normal state.
We all know the tickets starting with: "My money bugged away. I am 100% sure that I had $135 in my bank account and withdrew only $15 and now there is missing money".
Now, it's just a matter of 2 clicks for a supporter to get an informed overview of everything that happened to a players' bank account. This is just one example of hundreds that have made life easier for our supporters in their day-to-day work.
One of our team members got suspicious when there was one item that performed overly good in comparison to other items.
At the Item website, the team member saw that there are only 3 characters that are mainly responsible for the huge number of sales of this specific item.
Going to the players' profile, the team member could evaluate, that in the past 7 days, besides mining, the player seems to be involved in activities related to script ricx_grave_robbery a lot. The team member suggested a new diagram to track and display these script related actions better in the future. On this time-based diagram, it was even visible, that the players seem to pick times with low team availability to mitigate in game detection via ghosting supporter etc. Therefore, the team members were able to find a group that abused game mechanics to get an unwanted economical advantage.
Alice streams on twitch. She reports Bob of using meta information about her next planned ambush. Nobody knows of this plan besides her and one member of the group, but somehow there are rumors in Saint-Denis about Bob warning people of her plans for the ambush. During the support talk with Bob, he said that he was right beside Alice hidden in a bush and heard everything she said about the ambush.
A quick look at the player positions revealed that Bob was nowhere near Alice during the time frame she was talking about the information in here stream. Making this a pretty easy case of someone using meta information to sabotage another player role-play experience.
Also, we were able in the past to dismantle the most suspicious looking situations by following the chain of information and confirming the innocence of players that were falsely accused.

As there are already plenty of examples on how to enable the log for the supported scripts, you can easily add new ones yourself, or we can make you an offer. It could be necessary, that you provide us with access to the scripts (screen share or something similar) so that we can fulfill the offer for scripts that we don't own ourself.
We provide you with the dashboard, including all examples shown in the preview. These also include the "code" (SQL) on how they are created. If you have the technical knowledge, you can easily add new ones. If you need assistance, we can make you an offer, or you can order the creation of individual graphs, diagrams, or dashboards depending on your needs.
Grafana has to be hosted on a server. We can offer to host the dashboard for you on our server for a subscription-based price, or we can include a one-time setup fee to set up everything required on your server. Depending on your technical knowledge, it may be necessary to give us a call to set up everything required on your server.
